Boutique Hotel Bellerive Zermatt – Vacation at the Matterhorn

6 star hotel!!!

The room was amazing with Mayterhorn view. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were GREAT!! I would stay there again and highly recommend staying there when visiting Zermatt.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service in every area. The family atmosphere and the personal, exceptionally friendly interaction with guests make the hotel truly special. The rooms are very tastefully furnished, and the hotel combines modern and traditional elements beautifully. Fantastic!!! We would love to come back!!!

Chic and cozy with amazing view of Matterhorn and friendly staff

Our favorite so far among the 4 hotels we stayed in the last 13 days. Very chic and facilities are good. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. And the Matterhorn view from our room is simply amazing.

A hotel and hosts just as one would wish.

Family-friendliness is a top priority here. The host couple anticipate your every wish, and you immediately feel at home. From the room and the staff to the breakfast and the friendly, helpful way guests are treated, everything about this hotel is simply perfect.

You absolutely must stay at Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt!

From the welcome we received at the train station to the farewells, our stay at Hotel Bellerive was wonderful! The room was gorgeous and very well stocked. We didn’t have a Matterhorn view, but we had a beautiful balcony and comfy seats that I loved to enjoy. The railhead shower was so very luxurious. There were just so many included “extras” that made the stay perfect.

The location is about halfway between the Sunnegga station and the Glacier Paradise station with plenty of food options nearby. Walking to the train station without luggage probably took 15 minutes but we didn’t take a direct path due to shopping or stopping to explore…

Absolutely wonderful experience

What a delightful stay. The breakfast was top notch with champagne and caviar included! The room was lovely with a balcony looking out to the beautiful Swiss Alps. The basement sauna/hot tub was a relaxing way to end a day of skiing. The staff was wonderful and helpful with everything. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could, honestly.

A wonderful stay!

We had the best time in Zermatt and a lot was due to the amazing service from the staff at the Bellerive. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the pickup at the train station to breakfast every morning, we felt right at home. The sweet girl at breakfast even remembered my coffee order everyday. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We want to visit again and will 100% book here again and tell all our friends about it. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt is a true gem – exceptionally friendly and attentive, and managed with great care and attention to detail. The rooms are stylishly furnished and quietly situated, yet right in the centre.
The extensive breakfast buffet is simply sensational. We were particularly impressed by the juicer, which lets guests make their own apple, carrot and ginger juice. A perfect start to the day!
 

Fantastic

A memorable stay. The service was impeccable and highly personalised. The owner is very present, meeting her guests at breakfast every morning, and the staff are attentive, available, polite and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choices. The rooms overlooking the Matterhorn are modern, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located, just a five-minute walk from the main street, with a bakery and grocery store around the corner. I would not hesitate to return on my next trip.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It has a very good location, newly renovated and highly comfortable rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, and hands-on owners who are always present.
The outstanding breakfast is, in our opinion, almost impossible to beat. It exceeded our expectations. Where else would you find truffles with fried eggs or caviar for breakfast in a three-star hotel?
For us, this is clearly the best three-star hotel in Switzerland.
We wholeheartedly recommend it and will be back!
